J-Term Diaries 2009
Randolph-Macon College: January Term Diaries 2009January term or "J-term" is an exciting time for Randolph-Macon College students. This four-week session between the fall and spring semesters provides students with an opportunity to immerse themselves in another culture, gain “real life” experience through an internship or explore other areas of study. This year’s J-term destinations are Haiti, South Africa, Australia, China, Brazil, Spain, India, Turkey, England, France and Guatemala. In January of 2009, nearly 200 students will pack their bags and head off to study in one of eleven countries. Some of those students have graciously agreed to share their experience through “J-term Diaries.” They will post blogs about their research and tell us about the places they visit. This year’s bloggers will write from South Africa, Brazil, Spain, India, England and Guatemala. Simply click on the country of choice below and take a virtual ride with our students.
