J-term In Guatemala
Course: RELS 245.01 - Guatemala: The Quiche Mayan Indians
This course explores the religion, history, culture, cosmology and economics of the Maya of Guatemala. R-MC students traveling to Guatemala will be involved in service learning projects, including the Mayan Arts Program, designed to foster the preservation of the Mayan culture. They will also offer hands-on help by participating in various stages of reforestation, from soil preparation and transplanting to working in nurseries.

We're finally back from Lake Atitlan in Panajachel and Chichicastenago - we had an amazing - if not unbelievable time!
